MiContact is a web-based inbound call control solution, which uses virtual numbers that simply point or 'translate' to an underlying telephone number. Non Geographic Numbers are not location specific, for example, 0808, 0844, 0871 and 03, however MiContact can also use geographic numbers that start 01 or 02.

MiContact allows existing numbers to be ported in to the service, ensuring no change of contact numbers for your customers and providing a solution for businesses relocating to a new area, who wish to retain their existing geographic numbers.

• MiContact 1-2-1
• A simple number translation service that links to a single destination number. There is an option to add time of day based routing to this service.
• MiContact Advanced
• Similar to MiContact 1-2-1, but with the addtional beneifts of Pre Connection Greetings, Whisper Announcements and the option of One to Many routing.
• MiContact Professional
• This product has the addtional benefit of time of day routing, a fully featured IVR (press 1 for sales, Press 2 for accounts etc.) and Hunt Groups with departmental routing to enusre calls are always answered in work hours. There is an option to add call recording to this service.
• MiContact Premium
• The premium product, which provides call queuing in the network, with a range of caller confort announcements, a choice of music on hold and the option to opt out to Voicemail, all with on line queue management capability. There is an option to add call recording to this service.
• MiContact Elite
• A truly bespoke contact centre solution, utilising all the functionality of the MiContact platform to create the perfect match for your inbound call control and call hanlding requirements from a range of high level features.

• MiContact Conferencing
• MiContact Conferencing is a simple to use, secure and cost effective audio conferencing service, which requires no investment in expensive on-site conferencing equipment.
  MiContact offers you a choice of UK Geographic, 0800, 0844 or 0871 numbers to access the conferencing service.
  Additional key benefits of MiContact Conferencing include:
  
  • Call Recording with on line storage for retrieval and playback
  • Notifications: A choice of options for recording entry and exir from the conference
  • Date & Time: A conference can be scheduled for a specific date and time or can be left "Always Open" to be used at any time.

• MiContact Fax 2 E Mail (F2E)
• MiContact Fax 2 E Mail (F2E) is a service that enables you to receive faxes directly to your desktop, mobile laptop or smartphone. Faxes are converted to pdf format and e-mailed as an attachment, directly to the predetermined email address registered to the number you have selected as your fax number.
  Key benefits of MiContact F2E include:
  
  • Faxes remain confidential to the recipient
  • No need for a fax machine and additional analogue line
  • Members of departmental e-mail address groups will all receive faxes sent to that address
  
  At present this service is only able to receive faxes sent from within the UK.
  
• MiContact E Mail 2 Fax (E2F)
• MiContact E-Mail 2 Fax (E2F) enables you to send a document by e-mail which is then delivered to a fax machine. The fax content is in the document attached to your e-mail.

• SMS Broadcasting is increasingly used to send out concise information to single or multiple contacts in a wide variety of market sectors. Messages can then be sent immediately or at a selected future time/date.
