How we helped Specialist Cars improve customer service

Specialist Cars are the company behind three hugely successful BMW and MINI dealerships in the South of England.

The original switchboard equipment and telephone handsets were old and provided very limited functionality for a company that prides itself on its meticulous attention to detail and outstanding customer service.
The new telephone system needed to give the receptionists full control over calls made to and from both sites, with extensive functionality to ensure that calls could be answered swiftly and transferred without delay, but remained easy to use. With sales and service personnel often away from their desks, the system needed to offer mobile flexibility. Above all else, it had to be reliable and robust.
